How would you describe your company and its mission?
We aim to offer quality items at a fair price whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
How long have you had a website and what is its main purpose?
Our website has been live for over 10 years. The main purpose is to act as an e-commerce store.
Does the site work for you? i.e. deliver the benefits you were expecting?
Yes. The site is very easy to use and allows our customers to make quick purchases within a few clicks.
What is your online marketing strategy? – which methods do you use to attract potential customers?
As with most online companies, PPC and SEO are a large part of the marketing strategy. Social media marketing is an ever growing part of the strategy with huge opportunities.
How does your online activity mesh with your offline marketing?
Ultimately our offline marketing strategy is largely, simply to offer high quality items with exceptional customer service. The online marketing activity backs this up but is of course much more automated than the hands on approach to offline.
What is the single biggest lesson you have learned about your web activities?
Ultimately the product or service you offer has to be of a high standard. Nothing will work long term without that.
Can you imagine life without a website?
I can’t and nor can I believe any business can prosper without a website in the modern world of information at your fingertips!
